Overview

Gravity Forms Survey fits site owners who already use Gravity Forms and want to collect feedback without moving respondents to a separate survey platform. Surveys are assembled inside the standard form editor, so an existing form can combine survey questions with contact, registration, order, or other Gravity Forms fields.
