Custom project planning

Need a WordPress feature you cannot find?

Start with the task your website needs to complete. An existing plugin, a supported extension or an individual build may be the right solution. Use these resources to prepare a clear project brief before commissioning work.

Download the integration brief

Individual WordPress plugins

Describe calculators, booking rules, approval workflows or client-area features through their inputs, actions and expected results.

WooCommerce integrations

Plan payments, shipping labels, inventory, invoicing or external APIs with provider documentation and explicit failure handling.

Theme and store customisation

Separate visual changes from business rules. Define mobile behaviour, accessible interactions and which vendor updates must remain supported.

A separate project, not a catalog entitlement

GPL downloads and memberships do not include custom development, original vendor support or paid cloud services. A brief or enquiry is not an accepted order. Feasibility, who will carry out the work, delivery dates, price, code ownership and ongoing maintenance must be confirmed separately before commissioning a project.

Prepare a project that can be assessed

  1. Describe the user, action and observable outcome, with one success and one failure example.
  2. List your environment, provider documentation and existing tools. Do not send credentials or customer records.
  3. Separate essential requirements from preferences and define acceptance tests.
  4. Agree on an implementer, scope, commercial terms, handover and maintenance before work starts.

Have a project question?

You can send a non-sensitive requirements summary to PluginNest support. Delivery availability and response timing for custom projects are not guaranteed. This opens your email application; it does not submit a form or place an order.
