Gravity Import
GravityImport is a Gravity Forms add-on for bringing entry data from CSV files into existing forms or newly generated forms. It is suited to spreadsheet-based migrations, bulk data entry, and updating existing records, but it requires Gravity Forms and is operated from the WordPress dashboard.

Overview
GravityImport provides a guided workflow for uploading CSV files, selecting or creating a Gravity Forms form, mapping source columns to form fields, configuring import behavior, and reviewing the results. It can create a new form from imported data, update existing entries when the CSV includes an Entry ID column, and apply conditional rules to filter rows. The plugin is most practical for administrators moving structured data into Gravity Forms. Site owners should test field mappings, date formats, uploaded files, feeds, notifications, and replacement behavior on staging before importing production data. It does not import Nested Form fields, and rebuilding a form from CSV data does not preserve complex settings such as conditional logic, calculations, or multi-page layouts.

- Compatible Gravity Forms add-ons may process feeds during import, but support varies by add-on and should be verified for the specific fields and entry metadata in use.
- Nested Form fields are not supported for GravityImport imports.
- Creating a new form during import is limited to standard Gravity Forms fields; specialized add-on fields require an existing form and have limited entry-import support.
