Overview
This extension is designed for agencies that manage connected WordPress sites from a MainWP Dashboard and need a repeatable client-reporting workflow. It does not collect report activity by itself: MainWP Child Reports must be installed on the child sites, and those records are retained for 100 days by default. That means a newly installed setup may produce empty sections until the child sites have accumulated activity. Reports can be created for recurring schedules or for a manually selected date range. Before sending, an administrator can preview the HTML version or download the PDF, which makes a staging or internal review worthwhile when branding, tokens, and selected data are being configured. The extension is a practical fit for maintenance teams that want control over report wording and presentation, but custom PHP template work requires development familiarity.
