ShopMagic Delayed Actions is suited to WooCommerce stores that need more control over when automated actions run rather than sending every message immediately. After activation, each ShopMagic action can be configured independently, so one automation can contain several actions with different delays. This is useful for staged follow-ups, payment reminders, business-day communications, or messages tied to a date stored in order, product, subscription, membership, or booking data. The scheduling model has important operational details to test before using it on a live store. Delayed actions are placed in ShopMagic’s queue, where administrators can inspect execution times and cancel pending items. Active-day settings can move an action to the next permitted day, including when a fixed date falls on a disabled day; overdue fixed-date items can appear as failed outcomes and may need cleanup. Placeholder-based schedules depend on a date value that PHP’s DateTime can parse, so complex workflows should be tested on staging with the site’s actual data and timezone configuration.
