This add-on is intended for WordPress sites using WP Job Manager to publish job listings with defined application windows. It adds a closing-date workflow for job listers, displays deadline information on listing pages, and can automatically end listings after their deadline when the relevant setting is enabled. Automatic checks run through WordPress cron, so administrators should verify that scheduled tasks operate reliably on the production site. The add-on is focused on deadline management rather than application collection; a separate application-handling extension may be needed if candidates must submit applications directly through the site.

Allows administrators to set or edit an application closing date from the job editor using the yyyy-mm-dd format.
Displays closing dates in the metadata area of individual job listings.
Changes the deadline display’s color and icon as a listing approaches or passes its closing date.
Provides an Automatic deadline expiry setting that can end listings after their closing date.
Checks jobs for expiry daily at midnight using WordPress cron when automatic expiry is enabled.
Supports sorting the [jobs] shortcode by deadline with orderby="deadline" and changing the direction with order="ASC" or "DESC".
Includes a datepicker for entering deadlines and documents a way to dequeue its included jQuery UI stylesheet if a site owner wants to style the control independently.
